Excerpt
Excerpt: This appendix identifies the emissions/afterburning products from various propellants used in launch vehicle (LV) activities. It also discusses a methodology for determining the loads of these emissions in the various atmospheric layers and provides a table of these loads by layer. Finally, the appendix describes how the methodology can be linked with the categorization of LVs (e.g., payload capacity, launch method) proposed in the PEIS and how the programmatic and non-programmatic load of these emissions are calculated.
